Terms and Conditions of Use, Payment and Cancellation

By submitting a booking through the booking form and confirming your agreement to these Terms via the consent checkbox, you (the “customer”) enter into a contract with TravelCloud on the terms set out below. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not complete a booking.

2. Scope of service

TravelCloud provides private ground transport and guided leisure services in Montenegro, based in Kotor and the Bay of Kotor (Boka). All rides are private (not shared) and are operated by professional drivers. Our services include:

• Airport transfers — pickups and drop-offs to and from airports such as Tivat, Podgorica and Dubrovnik and your accommodation;
• Intercity transfers — point-to-point rides between towns and destinations in Montenegro and the wider region;
• Private day tours — a driver for the day following an itinerary chosen by the customer, with sightseeing stops;
• On-request rides — individual routes and schedules arranged on request.

A single booking may combine several transfer legs and/or one or more tours, as selected by the customer.

3. Booking and confirmation

A booking is made by completing the online form, in which the customer selects the itinerary and provides the details required to perform the service:

• the requested services (transfer legs and/or tours);
• date and time, pickup and drop-off locations;
• number of passengers;
• contact details (name, e-mail, phone) and any special notes.

Before submitting, the customer must confirm agreement with these Terms using the consent checkbox. An order review then displays the selected items and the total price to be charged, with VAT included.

After a successful booking — and, where advance card payment is chosen, after the payment is successfully completed — the customer receives a confirmation e-mail containing the booking details. A booking is considered confirmed only once this confirmation has been issued.

4. Payment methods

All bookings are paid by advance online card payment with Visa, Mastercard® and Maestro® cards, in EUR, at the time of booking.

Card payments are processed securely through the Monri WebPay Payment Gateway, operated by Monri Payments (Payment Service Provider). Card details are entered on secure Monri pages; TravelCloud, as the merchant, has no access to your card data and does not store it.

If an advance card payment fails or is not completed, the booking is not valid and will not be confirmed until payment has been successfully made or an alternative arrangement has been agreed.

5. Prices

All prices are expressed in euros (EUR) and include VAT. The applicable price is shown during booking, on the order review, before you confirm.

Additional services or changes may be charged separately, always with prior notice and only with your consent, for example:

• additional waiting time beyond what was agreed;
• changes to the agreed route;
• extra pickup or drop-off points.

Child seats are provided free of charge on request.

6. Cancellation and refund

In summary:

• More than 24 hours before pickup — free cancellation, with a full (100%) refund of any amount paid;
• Less than 24 hours before pickup — the amount paid is not returned; TravelCloud may make an exception at its own discretion;
• No-show — no refund; the service is considered performed.

7. Booking changes

Changes to a confirmed booking (for example date, time, locations or number of passengers) can be requested up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup and are subject to availability.

A change may affect the price. Any resulting change to the price is applied only with your consent. To request a change, contact us by e-mail, phone or WhatsApp using the details in section 12.

8. Liability

TravelCloud performs its services professionally and with due care, using suitable vehicles and qualified drivers.

TravelCloud is not liable for delays, interruptions or failures to perform caused by force majeure or circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including adverse weather, exceptional traffic conditions, road closures and accidents.

The customer is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information provided, including the flight number, pickup and drop-off addresses, contact details and number of passengers. TravelCloud is not liable for consequences arising from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.

TravelCloud is not liable for the acts or decisions of third parties, such as border, airport or police authorities.

9. Data protection

TravelCloud processes personal data in accordance with the data protection legislation of Montenegro, collecting only the data necessary to provide the service. For details on what data we collect, why, and your rights, see our Privacy policy.

10. Changes to these Terms

TravelCloud may amend these Terms from time to time. Any changes take effect upon publication on travelcloud.me. The version of the Terms applicable to a booking is the one in force at the time the booking is made.

11. Currency conversion

All payments will be affected in EUR. The charged amount on your credit card account is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations.
